EIS control module (N73) has the following purpose:
• Checking and controlling access authorization
• Checking and controlling drive authorization
• Infrared communication with remote control key
• Transmission of check value for key for enabling of selector lever (EWM).
• Prefastening and holding key in unturned position
• Locking key in turned position
• Key rotation lock by locking solenoid
• Positioning key in key channel.....etc.
The purpose of the FSS (Flexible Service System):
Automatic notification of needed service.
Less frequent services with no loss of performance or dependability.
Reduce operating and maintenance costs.
Uses distance and time related variables to determine maintenance intervals
Brake service intervals (“+” indicator).
An enhanced history memory.
